电视剧剧情

CHILDREN OF THE STATE is set in a near future world where, to save a crumbling welfare system, family size is now based upon citizens’ wages – all children who cannot be afforded are taken and raised by the state. Lowri Morgan, a working-class doctor, begins to question her complicity in this utopic world.
