Nueva Era

Mario is a 40-ish man in crisis and a human resources manager at a mid-range appliance company. Terrified by the threat of divorce from his wife, Mario falls headlong into a New Age cult that claims to be a pseudo-therapy center specializing in psychodrama.

There, in the midst of role-playing exercises aimed at healing even fetal traumas, he is reunited with Julia, his twin sister, from whom he was separated in an orphanage thirty years ago after their parents＇ abandonment. Mario’s obsession to recover the bond with his sister will turn into revenge when he discovers that she seems to have forgotten him.

An astral journey full of laughter, tears, and cosmic energies that will bring him face to face with family, abandonment issues, and the dangerous opportunity of perpetuating in others the pain that has marked his life. Typical.
