Janguea y Rapea

Endemol Shine Boomdog (ESB), the Mexican production unit set up by Endemol Shine North America and local prodco Boomdog, is developing a slate of original scripted and unscripted comedy series.

As part of the new slate, ESB has signed development deals with comedy stars Fran Hevia, Alex Fernandez, Michelle Rodriguez, Ricardo O’Farrill and El Diablito for a “handful” of new series which will be offered to buyers this winter.

Series in development include Mananas Magicas, a comedy sketch show headlined by Hevia, Fernandez and Rodriguez; Janguea y Rapea, a music and comedy show with O’Farrill; and Me Lleva el Diablo, a comedy transformation reality series hosted by El Diablito.
